After breakfast this morning, cereal btw, we walked around the mission compound. At the workshop we found a team of Dutch Mechanics working on the missionaries' cars. The team is here for a month giving the vehicles some much needed service. I had never thought about where cashews come from, other than a store, but now I know they come from trees. Also that they are attached to some cashew fruit. The fruit doesn't taste too bad, although I think it's an acquired taste. (and I haven't acquired it yet).
After our walk, we attended Kelsey's 7th grade science class and learned about nutrition. Yes, I got some ideas to use in my own classes. Lunch time was next. I'll tell you more about the afternoon and tortillas making later.
